Did you know…?
All Chinese learners begin their Handwriting Lesson 101 with "Tian Zi Ge"（田字格）, which literally means "farmland grids''. Each square holds one Chinese character and is divided into four quadrants with dotted-lines. The quadrants are designed to guide the correct positioning of the strokes of each character.
