Currently we don't have any showrooms or physical stores.
Therefore, we provide clear product photos and descriptions, so that you can see the product clearly before you make your purchase.

Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?
We are shipping from Budapest, Hungary.
Our delivery service area: Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Switzerland.
If you need to ship out elsewhere Europe, please contact our customer service team before you make any payment.
If your product is made/originating in Asia, how long do I have to wait to receive the product?
Our warehouse and pick up point is located in Mázsa u. 13, 1107 Budapest, Hungary.
If you are living in Hungary, shipping and arriving at your hand will only take 2-3 business days!
Even less if you just come to our pick up point and pick up by yourself! Pick up point open hours: Monday-Friday 13pm-5pm.
In the rest of Europe it will take around 5-14 business days.
How long does it take to ship my order?
As long as the items that can be added to your shopping cart means the items are in the stock, so your orders can ship out within 1-2 business days (not including weekend & national holidays).
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer Hungary area Free shipping if you order over 15000ft.
Some Europe area Free shipping if you order over 300€.

Can I track my shipment?
Of course! Once we’ve packed and shipped your order, you will get an email with a link and a tracking number for tracking your shipment!
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns on defective items WITHIN 14 DAYS from the day that you received. Check your item as soon as you receive it, contact us and send us photos if there’s any damage or defect.
Please note: We can’t accept a return after 14 days have passed.
At the same time, if the product is damaged due to improper use, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

How would you pack? I hate over-packaging but I'm worried about the security of the package delivery too!
We feel you! Our packaging materials use environmentally friendly new technology paper materials, they are very strong and stable, and can safely protect any fragile items from inside out, such as ceramics or handcrafted art. Of course this particular material increases our costs, but we believe this is the right decision.
Each package will be packed very carefully to ensure that the products can be safely arrived at your hand. And Each product will be checked carefully before packed.
