Free shipping policy
Hungary: Order over 20,000ft free shipping.
Zone1/2/3/4: Order over 300€ free shipping.

As long as the items that can be added to your shopping cart means the items are in the stock, so your orders can ship out within 1-2 business days (not including weekend & national holidays).


Hungary: Shipping days will take 1-3 business days!  
Zone1/2/3/4: Shipping days will take 1-7 business days!

Pick-up by yourself

We offer the option of collecting the order by yourself from our dispatch center located at the 10th district (Kőbánya) of Budapest. No delivery fees will be charged. 

We will notify you via email or SMS when your parcel is ready. Please do not come without getting our notification.

Service hours:
The pick-up service is only available between 13-17pm Monday to Friday (excluding the Hungarian national holidays).


It is recommended to park your car outside the courtyard along the “Mázsa utca” street. It is a free-parking zone and only a few steps away from our dispatch center.

Important note:

  • To verify your identity on the site, you will be asked to show the previous emails we sent you, or to answer some questions regarding the personal information you provided. It is not necessary to produce personal ID documents.
  • Pick-up orders are to be reserved for a maximum 14 days starting from the notification day. Orders will be canceled on Day 15 if they are not yet collected.
