Asazuke(浅漬け) is a Japanese pickled dish made by vegetables such as cucumbers, radishes or celery, seasoning with sweet vinegar, salt, soy sauce and sugar or any other seasonings you like. It is also known as sokuseki-zuke (instant pickles).
This pickle bowl is recommended for making short preparation pickle, with a heavy glass cover lid, this way can speed up the pickling time.
Put the pickled bowl in the fridge, it can be ready to serve in 30 mins to 1 hour, it's a perfect summer appetizer salad.
