Stir-fry tomatoes & egg
In China, if someone claims he/she does not know how to cook, others would go: Oh come on! At least you know how to cook “scrambled eggs and tomato”. Everyone knows how easy yet well-known the dish is.
Step 1. Scramble 2 eggs and take it out onto a plate
Step 2. Cut 2 tomatoes into small pieces and stir-fry them until softer. Add sugar or ketchup.
Step 3. Put the scrambled egg back in and mix them up with the tomatoes. Add salt. Done.
This comfort dish tastes really good with rice.
