Stir-fry tofu skins
Last time we have shown you what tofu skins look like in different shapes. In today’s recipe, we are going to use the “stick” shaped tofu skin for a class stir-fry dish. You would need garlic and any vegetables you like, for example: carrot, Chinese cabbage, celery, wood ear, etc.
Step 1: soak the dried “stick” into lukewarm water (normally for 3-4 hours) until softened.
Step 2: take the “stick” out and cut into small pieces
Step 3: add a little bit of oil, garlic into the wok, and then the tofu skin and vegetables. For flavoring, you need soy bean sauce (or oyster sauce), pepper, salt, sugar, sesame oil. And done!
