Today we continue the eggplant cooking series with a healthy salad with garlic flavor. This is a traditional recipe to strengthen your immune system.
Step 1. steam the eggplants and then hand-tear them into strips.
Step 2. add chopped green onions, garlics, chili powder(optional), salt
Step 3. heat up 2-3 tablespoon of cooking oil, and pour on the spices and eggplants. The simmering sound stimulates your appetite.
Step 4. add some vinegar, sugar, sesame oil(optional). Mix everything up and done!
