The Chinese 100 days old eggs salad

The Chinese száznapos tojás (皮蛋, pidan), Its best pairing is tofu. This recipe is a classic salad for summer time. It's light but rich in flavor! 

Step 1: Cut silken tofu and preserved eggs into bite sized (cubes or slice), place them at a plate.

Step 2: Cut green onion into small pieces, place them on top of the tofu and eggs.

Step 3: Prepare the sauce (mixing up soy bean sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, sugar)and pour onto the tofu and eggs. Done!

Small tips: Eat it with a spoon!
